Gym training and the sea in North Cyprus
What you get

We handle all the operations

Ready gym and coaches

Gyms and coaches on the ground are already vetted by us. No need to scout a venue, negotiate with local coaches, and hope it all works out.

Accommodation and meals

Hotel and meals are pre-arranged around a training week's routine. The group checks in and goes straight into the schedule — no logistics scramble.

Transfers and on-site support

Airport pickup, and rides between the gym, hotel and activities. There's always someone on the ground handling day-to-day issues — it never falls on you.

Photo and video content from the camp

Every camp comes with photo and video for your blog and social media. Ready-made content for months ahead, no need to bring your own crew.

The economics

How much you'll earn

We give you a net price per person. You set your own retail price for your audience and keep the difference. Run the numbers:

Our current net price: €1 000 per person (7 nights, includes gym, coaches, hotel, meals, transfers, on-site support).

This is an estimate. The exact net price is fixed in the agreement and may vary by season and group size.

The programme

How the camp runs

The week is built around training, routine and recovery — not personal records, not a beach holiday. Below is an indicative daily rhythm; the final programme is fixed per camp.

Daily rhythm (indicative)

7:30–8:30 am Morning outdoor activity: hiking, kitesurfing or SUP, depending on season and wind
9:00–10:00 am Breakfast built around the training week
11:00 am–1:00 pm Main strength session at the gym with a coach
1:30–2:30 pm Lunch
3:00–5:00 pm Free time / recovery: massage, stretching, pool
6:00–7:30 pm Second session or workshop — per the camp's programme
8:00 pm Dinner

What's included

Gym and coaches, accommodation, 3 meals a day built around the training regimen, all transfers, on-site support, basic recovery (scheduled stretching/massage), photo and video coverage of the camp.

What's not included

Flights to Cyprus, visa (if required for your nationality), personal expenses, extra recovery treatments beyond the basics, alcohol.

Water activities (kitesurfing, SUP) depend on weather and season — in colder months they're replaced with an alternative seaside activity that doesn't involve swimming; the exact substitute is fixed per camp.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What if I can't fill a full group?

A camp can run with a smaller group from 8 people up — your income is simply recalculated based on the actual number of participants. The minimum group threshold is discussed when confirming your date.

Who's responsible if someone in the group gets injured?

There's always a support person and coaches on the ground who follow an established protocol for this. We recommend every participant carries travel insurance covering sports injuries — this is confirmed via the intake form before the camp.

How much will I actually earn?

Your income = (your retail price − our net price) × number of participants. Run your own numbers in the calculator above — the net price shown there is current.

Do I need a visa for North Cyprus?

Most citizens of Russia and the CIS don't need a visa — a passport is enough. We confirm visa requirements per participant's nationality while preparing for the camp.

How do we settle payments with each other?

Once the date and participant count are confirmed, we issue an invoice for the net amount. The payment schedule (deposit/balance) is fixed in the agreement before the camp.

What about meals — are there options for dietary restrictions?

Meals are built around the training regimen (protein/carb balance, recovery). Vegetarian and common allergy restrictions are accommodated if flagged in advance.

Can the schedule be adapted to my format?

The base daily rhythm is standard, but the programme's emphasis (more strength work, more cardio/water activities, workshop format) is discussed when confirming your date, to fit your audience.

What happens if a participant backs out after paying?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are fixed in our agreement with you. We recommend factoring this into your own terms of sale with participants.

I'm travelling with the group myself — does that cost extra?

No, the partner and one assistant travel free — that's already built into the group's net price.

What group size do you take?

From 8 to 14 people per camp. That size lets us keep a personal approach in the gym without losing quality on transfers and accommodation.

What if my audience is small (3,000–5,000 followers)?

Audience size isn't the only factor. Engagement matters more, and how much your audience trusts you on fitness and routine. Let's discuss it on a call after your application.
